Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing a Practical AI course. If the course is not a good fit, you may be eligible for a refund under the policy below.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original course purchase, provided that:

• you have not completed more than two course modules; and
• you have not received a course completion certificate.

This gives you enough time to evaluate the course while protecting against use of substantially all of the course followed by a refund request.

2. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same course or that a payment was processed in error, contact us as soon as possible.

Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded regardless of normal course-progress limits.

3. Technical Problems

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or reasonably using a course, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve a material problem within a reasonable period, we may issue a refund even when the normal 14-day period has passed.

4. Requests After Substantial Course Use

Refunds are generally not available after you have completed more than two modules or received a completion certificate.

We may make exceptions where appropriate because of technical failures, billing errors, applicable law, or other unusual circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request using the support or contact method published on the Practical AI website.

Include the email address associated with your account and the course you purchased so that we can locate the transaction.

Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.

6. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is initiated depend on Stripe, your bank, and your payment method.

Refunding a course purchase may revoke access to the course and eligibility for any certificate associated with that purchase.

7. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
